Canas lone seed to make Las Vegas semis (AP)

Fourth-seeded Guillermo Canas of Chile remained the lone seeded player left in the Tennis Channel Open on Friday, beating American qualifier Amer Delic 6-4, 6-4 to reach the semifinals. While Delic made 29 unforced errors, Canas committed just seven. In three matches this week, Canas has made 35 unforced errors in six sets compared to 95 for his foes.
