MEN’S TENNIS NCAA championships TULSA, Okla. — Newport Beach resident Kaes Van’t Hof, competing as a senior at USC, upset No. 2-seeded Greg Oullette of Florida in the first round of the NCAA singles championships Wednesday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

CdM, Sage, Estancia tennis compete in second round
Three Newport-Mesa area high school boys’ tennis teams will try to take advantage of playing home matches today in the second round of the CIF Southern Section playoffs.

High school teams take court for playoff openers
Members of the Estancia High boys’ tennis team asked Rachel de los Santos how much she knew about the Mark Keppel team, who the Eagles will face on the road today at 3 p.m. in the first round of the CIF Southern Section Division IV playoffs. The response Monday was “not a lot.”
